General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between novalyx.co (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”) and any person making a purchase on the website https://novalyx.co (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).

Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the novalyx.co website on the day the Customer views the site. The photographs illustrating the products are not part of the contractual scope. If any errors occur, the Seller cannot be held liable under any circumstances. The products remain the property of the Seller until full payment of the price.

Article 3 – Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). They do not include delivery charges, which are billed separately. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders
The Customer places an order on the novalyx.co website. To be accepted, the order must be paid for in full. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.

Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made by credit card. The order will be considered effective after confirmation of payment by the banking institution.

Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery times are 14 days from the confirmation of the order. In case of a delivery delay, the Customer has the option to cancel their order under the conditions defined in Article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code. The Seller will then refund the product and the return shipping costs under the conditions of Article L 138-3 of the French Consumer Code.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal and Refund
In accordance with current legal provisions, the Customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal with the Seller, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty, for an exchange or refund. The products must be returned in their original packaging (unopened) and in perfect condition within 7 days following the notification to the Seller of the Customer’s decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Before any return, the Customer must contact the Seller’s Customer Service to inform them of their request and provide a return tracking number. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products by the Seller. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Article 8 – Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
